Ages 10-18 is one of the most critical times to developing proper movement and postural patterns that can lead to improved athleticism and a decreased risk of injury for life. Due to our unique approach to optimizing movement patterns, our youth athletes experience a dramatic improvement in athletic performance as well as a significant reduction or elimination of chronic and acute non-contact sports injuries.
