With a deep-rooted passion for fitness and performance training since high school, Blake has dedicated his life to understanding the human body and maximizing its potential in athletics. His incredible journey led him to a collegiate football scholarship and paved the way for a successful career in health and wellness.

Blake's unwavering commitment to both academics and sports in college earned him a degree in Exercise Science with honors and lead him to pursue higher education as he became a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2018.

Throughout his educational journey, Blake honed his skills as a personal trainer, working with clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups. It was during this time that he developed a fervor for studying human movement and delved into countless hours of research on injury prevention and performance enhancement. Inspired by his findings, he crafted a revolutionary model of movement and training that empowers the body to perform optimally while maintaining aesthetics and resilience to injuries.

In his professional career, Blake has collaborated with top experts in orthopedics, regenerative medicine, physical therapy, and sports performance training. He has successfully rehabilitated countless injuries and prepared elite athletes for competition. Additionally, his expertise extends to working with special populations such as youth athletes, seniors, weekend warriors, and high-level amateurs.

Drawing from his wealth of experience, Blake has developed his elite movement systems that revolutionize resistance training. These systems prioritize natural and fluid movement, allowing individuals to seamlessly transition between sports and everyday life while minimizing pain, dysfunction, and injuries. The effectiveness of these systems was evident when Blake utilized them to recover from multiple injuries sustained during collegiate football, emerging stronger and more athletic than ever before. Currently based in Fort Lauderdale, Blake is an active participant in the fitness community. He passionately embraces various activities, including basketball, sprinting, distance running, Crossfit, HIIT training, and powerlifting. He attributes his sustained health and vitality to the protocols of his revolutionary movement system.
